

Susan L. Lin is a Taiwanese American storyteller who hails from southeast Texas and holds an MFA in Writing from California College of the Arts. Her novella Goodbye to the Ocean won the 2022 Etchings Press novella prize, and her literary/visual art has appeared in over a hundred publications. She is also a Rhysling Award finalist and six-time Pushcart Prize nominee whose speculative short story collection MONSTERS AT HOME was a finalist for the 2025 FC2 Ronald Sukenick Innovative Fiction Prize and the 2025 EastOver Prize for a Debut Story Collection. Susan currently lives and dances in southern California.
